Not true to size. I

"Not true to size. I have a few other Billabong boardshorts, but they're ones that were made several years ago. Two are size 30 and one is 29, and fit me well. Got these in a 30 and they were huge. . . falling down. (Guessing they're now made by a different vendor. ) So, I'm exchanging them for a 28 and hope they fit since they're cool looking."
