"I received the wrong size hoodie and am not surprised because of how hard it was to place the order on the website in the first place. I tried to purchase the return option at checkout, but it was frozen. I emailed customer service and they told me to remove the option from my cart for the purchase to go through, and it worked. However, now that I want to return/exchange the hoodie, I don’t see an option for returns. It’s been two weeks already and I’m hoping the return window doesn’t expire before I figure this out. I’ve emailed customer service and gotten no reply. Very disappointed as I recently bought a lot of clothes from Billabong."
